Michael has given this resume of his talk on Windows 7. He will make a comparison of Windows 7 features and previous Windows Operating Systems. Outlining the System Requirements for installation and compare the 32 bit and 64 bit versions as well as the different versions of Windows 7 available. He will show how to upgrade from previous operating systems and what's involved; describing the benefits and Setup / Configuration of Homegroups.
He will also describe Windows XP Mode and why it's been introduced.
This will be a good chance for you to discover the benfits of moving to Windows 7 and should be a worthwhile and entertaining evening so do come along.
On our January Social Evening we returned once again to the Tower Hotel in Dovercourt.
We would like to thank Royal for organising this event; even down to the fine detail of individual bills pre-prepared for the restaurant. Everyone enjoyed the evening and the food was excellent and fully lived up to our expectations.

We have yet to hold our Committee meeting so you still have a chance to input your ideas and suggestions for the future programme. As our AGM is also approaching perhaps you would like to consider joining the Committee.
